Based on our discussions so far, we have highlight three objectives that we want to achieve through this initial strategic phase of our engagement. Feel free to give feedback on whether these are your specific goals.
The purpose of a client insights report is to get customer insights on how well you are delivering your services. We ask tailored questions to uncover why they picked you, what you do well, and if there is any gaps or opportunities for your business.
We can also dive deep into their mindset about the process they went through before they choose your services. It’s so we can be clear on what your customers think about your services and then use these insights to create better sales copy that is authentic and relevant to a new customer.
It also provides us with honest feedback on any opportunities for improvements you could make in your business.
First, we identify with you, what insights you would benefit from. For example, we can ask how well you deliver your services, or why did they pick you? what do they love the most? Or what constructive advice would they give for improvements?You then provide us with a list of customers to contact.
We suggest that you pick at least five who you know have used your services for a good length of time who you value as a customer and would be interested in hearing what they have to say.We book them in for an insights interview, which is recorded. We provide a summary of the highlights from each interview and a wrap up report of the key messages.
We will define what your clients think of your services and identify key messages we can utilise in your marketing materials.
This would then generate a report summarising the feedback and suggestions for improvements or opportunities that can benefit the business.
With your client’s permission- we can also repurpose their quotes as testimonial content to be used in marketing materials.
We can add more clients, or tailor questions to different client segments.The cost increases based on the time it takes to interview, transcribe, and summarise a separate client segment report.
On average we allow for 20- 40 mins per client interview. Each interview usually takes us around an hour to summarise the key messages
